Do you offer consultations?
If you are sitting on the fence about having your portraits made at Macy Mills Photography, you are welcome to make an appointment for a no-obligation consultation. We appreciate that custom portraiture is a big investment, so we understand our clients' desires to do do their due diligence.

What is your session fee and what does the fee cover?
Our session fee is $375 during the week, and $475 on Saturdays. The session fee remunerates Macy Mills for her time and creative talent, and does not include any prints, products nor digital negatives on a CD or otherwise. (Please contact the studio at 416-295-4402 for details on print pricing.) The session fee covers the following: a Portrait Planning Session, the Portrait Session, and the Post-session Design Consultation and In-person Ordering Appointment.

What is a Portrait Planning Session?
Prior to your portrait session, this planning session will give us an opportunity to meet and to discuss your vision for your session. We will discuss in detail what to wear, what to expect, and answer any other question you may have. During this meeting, we will also show you samples from the studio so you can begin to envision the type of wall art you may wish to install.

Do you offer on-location sessions?
Yes, we offer both studio sessions and on-location sessions; please call 416-250-8782 or email info@macymills.com for more details.

When should we book our portrait sessions?

Sessions generally book out 2-3 weeks in advance, so we suggest that you reserve your session at least 2-3 weeks before your desired session date. For newborn sessions, please try to reserve your session while mom is still pregnant, as newborns are photographed when they are between 5-10 days old.
